What is your hourly rate?
Our rate is $98/hour, taxes included. There’s no minimum time required, so you only pay for the work you need.

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. You can call us or request a free quote online. For larger jobs, we can also visit your home to provide a more detailed estimate.

What types of services do you offer?
We cover a wide range of residential handyman services, including drywall repair, plumbing basics (faucets, toilets, shower-heads), electrical basics (light fixtures, outlets, ceiling fans), painting, flooring, tile repair, outdoor work (fences, decks, gutters), installations, and more.

Do you supply the materials?
It’s completely up to the client. You can supply your own materials, or we can supply them for you. If we provide the materials, the rate will be time and materials. We only use materials we trust and would personally use in our own homes, ensuring quality and reliability.

What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve London, Ontario, and surrounding areas.

Do you have a minimum charge?
No. Unlike many handyman services, we do not have a minimum time charge. Rates start at one hour, then into 30 minute increments.

How soon can you start work?
We do our best to schedule you quickly. In many cases, we can book small jobs within a few days. Larger projects may require more lead time.

Can you handle multiple small tasks in one visit?
Absolutely. Many of our clients make a “to-do list” and we complete multiple repairs in the same appointment. It saves time and money.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfer, cash, and pre-certified cheque. Invoices are provided for every job.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If there’s an issue related to the work we completed, we’ll make it right.

What if I need work done outside regular hours?
We do offer evening and weekend bookings when available. Let us know your schedule and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
